摘要
基于给定区域的零件排样技术的研究已有很长的应用发展历史。算法是一个NP完全问题,具有较大的难度。市场竞争与原材料的紧缺,迫使制造企业始终将提高材料利用率作为降低成本的有效途径之一。本文在对排样技术深入研究的基础上,分析和归纳了这一技术的发展现状。
It has been a long application history for the technology of metal parts nesting on a given sheet area. Since the nesting algorithm is a kind of NP complete problems, it is difficult to achieve an optimal solution. For serious competition in market and lack in raw materials resource, enhancing the utilization of material is always one of the efficient ways for many manufacturing enterprises to reduce their cost.The development of this technology has been analyzed and summarized in the text, on the basis of research of current nesting technology.
