摘要
介绍了一种提高环己烷氧化制备环己酮/环己醇催化效率的方法.通过对Au/MCM-41催化剂进行甲基化修饰以提高其表面的疏水性,从而提高环己烷催化氧化的效率.结果表明,在相同反应条件下,甲基化修饰的催化剂Au/CH3-MCM-41比未修饰的催化剂Au/MCM-41表现出更高的催化效率,Au/CH3-MCM-41优异的催化性能是由于甲基的引入改变了Au活性位的周围环境引起的.
A strategy to enhance catalytic oxidation efficiency of cyclohexane to cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol is developed by increasing the hydrophobicity of Au/MCM-41 catalyst surface via methylation modification. Au/CH3-MCM-41 shows higher catalytic efficiency than Au/MCM-41 at the same reaction conditions. The modification of the local environment of Au active sites by the surrounding organic groups contributes to the improved activity of Au/CH3-MCM-41.
