本文简述了我国节能融资现状,扼要分析了节能外源融资的发展趋势,重点分析和评价了各种可用的节能外源融资渠道,以及它们在节能项目融资中的实际应用或潜在应用价值。
In the paper, it briefs the current status of energy conservation financing in China, and analyzes the evolution of external financing for energy conservation. And then it puts its focus on evaluation and analysis of various external financing channels for energy conservation as well as their actual or potential applications.
