在B2C电子商务市场中,信息不对称所引发的逆向选择和道德风险问题不仅使买卖双方的利益受到损害,而且降低了整个B2C电子商务市场的效率。本文分析了B2C电子商务市场中出现的信息不对称问题及其原因,并提出了相应的对策,以促进整个B2C电子商务市场的健康发展。
In the B2C e-commerce market, adverse selection and moral hazard triggered by the information asymmetry not only damage the interests of buyers and sellers, but also lowered the overall efficiency of the B2C e-commerce market. This paper analyses the information asymmetry in the B2C e-commerce market, the causes, and the corresponding countermeasures, to promote the healthy development of the B2C e-commerce market.
