摘要
目的观察神阙穴隔盐灸治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。方法将腹泻患儿140例随机分为治疗组70例和对照组70例,2组均采用口服补液方法,在此基础上治疗组采用神阙穴隔盐灸,对照组口服思密达。结果治疗组痊愈率为61.4%,总有效率97.1%;对照组分别为45.7%和88.5%。2组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组较对照组起效快、疗程短(P<0.05)。结论神阙穴隔盐灸治疗婴幼儿腹泻疗效确切,治疗时间明显缩短,且操作简单。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of moxibustion with salt on Shenque point for infantile diarrhea. Methods A total of 140 cases of infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group of 70 cases and control group of 70 cases. The treatment group was treated by moxibustion with salt on Shenque point and the control group was given Dioctahedral Smectite. Results The cured rate was 61.4 % and the total curative rate was 97.1% in the treatment group,that were 45.7 % and 88.5 % in the control group. There was difference in two groups（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Moxibustion with salt on Shenque point for infantile diarrhea has better therapeutic effects and short therapeutic course.
