摘要
总结了小儿肾病综合征激素应用不同阶段的中医辨证论治要点。(1)大剂量激素诱导缓解阶段以阴虚火旺为主,还会出现湿热证,治宜滋阴降火,清热利湿解毒。(2)激素隔日巩固阶段易耗气伤阴,可致气阴两虚,治宜益气养阴,补肾健脾。(3)激素减量至小剂量阶段以肾阳虚为主,治宜温补肾阳。(4)激素停药阶段肺脾肾三脏俱虚,治宜益气健脾补肾。
Summarized the main points of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment in different stages by using hormone in children nephrotie syndrome. （ 1 ） Hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency and dampheat were appear in large dose hormone alleviate stage, so the therapeutic method was nourishing yin to reduce pathogenic and clearing away heat and promoting diuresis and toxic material. （2） Dificiency of both qi and yin easily to emerge in every other day hormone strengthen stage, the therapeutic method was supplementing qi and nourishing yin, tonifying the kidney and spleen. （3） Insufficiency of the kidney-yang was the main syndrome in small dose hormone stage, so reinforcing the kidney-yang was used. （4） In hormone stopped stage which deficiency of the lung, spleen and kidney, the replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and kidney was the therapeutic method.
