摘要
〔目的〕掌握顺德港客运口岸禁止入境携带物截获的种类、季节变化规律,为制定科学的监管措施提供科学依据。〔方法〕对顺德港客运口岸2006年1月—2007年9月截获的禁止入境携带物,利用统计学方法进行分类、统计,找出其中的规律。〔结果〕顺德客运口岸截获的禁止入境携带物以水果类为主,占截获总数的74.2%。截获携带物数量的消长具有一定的季节性,与国人特有出游习惯和传统习俗有着密不可分的联系,8月、10月较高,1—3月较低。〔结论〕应根据顺德港客运口岸禁止入境携带物的种类以及季节变化情况,制定与之相对应的监督管理措施。
Objective To find the discipline of prohibited and restricted products brought back by international travelers at frontier ports so as to provide scientific evidence for making the supervision model more scientific, efficient, and perfect. Method Through analyzing prohibited and restricted products of Shunde port from Jan, 2006 to Sept, 2006 by means of statistics, to find the discipline of fluctuation in them was studied. Result Srohibited and restricted products are mainly fruits, which was about 74.2%. The breeds and quantity changes with the seasons and had a close relationship with the traveling habits and traditional customs. Conclusion It is necessary for us to make efficient supervision measures according to this discipline.
