摘要
对冲天炉熔炼过程中炉况的判断方法和相应的工艺控制要点进行了分析,介绍了控制风压、风量、焦炭的加入量、石灰石的加入量的有效途径,对冲天炉熔炼过程中的质量控制有一定的指导作用.
The measurement and technological control of the cupola furnace smelting are discussed. In addition, the control of the pressure, quantity of wind, input quantity of coke and limestone, are all significant in the quality control.
