多层螺旋CT测量肝静脉与下腔静脉夹角100例分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:准确测量活体三条肝静脉与下腔静脉的夹角。方法:在工作站上对100例受检者分别测量三条肝静脉与下腔静脉的夹角。结果:在100例受检者中肝左静脉与下腔静脉的夹角为74°;肝中静脉与下腔静脉的夹角为69°;肝右静脉与下腔静脉的夹角为55°。结论:多层螺旋CT的MPR及3D-MIP成像可清晰显示活体下腔静脉与三条肝静脉的解剖关系,并可以准确测量三条肝静脉与下腔静脉的夹角,为临床解剖学提供基础参考。
