摘要
采用高温固相法制备了三基色荧光灯用BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+(BAM:Eu2+)蓝色荧光粉,考察了烧结时间对BAM:Eu2+物相纯度、粉体颗粒形貌和发光强度的影响。通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和荧光光谱等表征手段,研究了样品的物相、形貌和发光强度。结果表明:在预烧温度为500℃、烧结温度为1550℃时,烧结时间对BAM:Eu2+粉体的物相纯度和颗粒形貌没有影响,但是对BAM:Eu2+粉体的发射光谱强度却有很大的影响。在254nm的紫外线激发下,随着烧结时间的延长,粉体的发射光谱强度提高。
BaMgAl10O17:Eu^2+ (BAM: Eu^2+) phosphors were synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction method. H3BO3 were chosen as a flux. The phase purity, particle morphology and luminescence properties of the blue phosphor were investigated using the X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and photoluminescence spectra. These results indicated that the sintering time had no effect on morphology and phase purity when it was 500 ℃ pre-calcining temperature and 1 550 ℃ sintering temperature. However,the sintering time was in favor of increase the luminescence intensity of BAM:Eu^2+.
