摘要
目前,资源短缺制约社会经济发展的问题越来越严重、明显,已经影响到了我国的可持续发展,迫切需要建立资源节约型社会。建设资源节约型社会,就必须加强对资源节约使用的法律监督,就必须建立健全资源节约型法律监督机制,形成良性运行的法律监督机制,从而形成有利于节约资源的长效机制,保障我们国家的可持续发展。
At present, the shortage of resource is the problem in the way of the development of social economy,which is so obvious and severe that it has negative effect on china＇ s sustainable development. It is urgent to develop a economic society. The legal system of supervising the use of resource is necessary to ensure the sustainable development.
