摘要
标准化基本形式的选择能促进电子政务标准化工作的开展以及效率的提高。文章简要介绍了标准化的五个基本形式和我国电子政务标准化工作中存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了我国电子政务标准化基本形式的选择原则,并基于电子政务技术参考模型,探讨电子政务标准化基本形式的选择方案。
Choice of basic forms of standardization can promotes the development of E- government standardization and improves the efficiency of work. This paper outlines five basic forms of standardization and the main problems in E-government＇s standardization work. Furthermore, it advises a proposal of choosing proper forms of E-government standardization based on four principles.
