成人教育有效地保障了成人受教育的机会，是对教育公正的一种体现。从教育对象、教育权利、教育目标来看，成人教育的合理之处体现在其具有特殊性、补偿性和全面性特点。在实现人人享有受教育权利的同时，成人教育公正地关注个体生命，强调展示自由个性。
Adult education assured the education opportunity of adults effectively, which is the manifestation of educational equity. From the view educational objects, educational right and educational objectives, the reasonable nature of adult education embody in its characteristics of particularity, compensatory and comprehensiveness. By achieving the objective of every body enjoying educational right, adult education focus on individual life equitably and strengthen the exhibition of free personality.
