摘要
本文提出,锢镉与巯基乙酸、联吡啶在pH=3.6配合物所产生的吸附波。其峰电位分别为-0.67伏-0.73伏(vs SCE)。一定量的碲(Ⅳ)加入可以使铟峰电流再提高三倍以上。测定镉铟最佳条件为0.005%巯基乙酸-0.001%联吡啶。采用巯基棉柱分离可以消除共存离子干扰。用本法测定工业废水中痕铟镉,获得较为满意的结果。
In a buffer solution of HAc-NaAc (pH=3.6) containing 0.005% thioylycollic acid, 0.001% 2,2-dipyridyl, 0.01% diphenylquanidine and 20mg tellurium (Ⅳ)/10ml, two sensitive waves appear at-0.67V and -0.73V (vs SCE), related to the concentration of Cd and In respectively. The height of wave at -0.67V is directly proportional to the concentration of Cd in the range of 6×10^(-9)-4×10^(-7) mol/L with detection limit of 3×10^(-9) mol/L, and so does the wave at -0.73V to the concentration of In in the range of 2.5×10^(-9)-3×10^(-7) mol/L with detection limit of 1.2×10^(-9). Most common anions and [cations have no effect on the determination of In and Cd. This method has been used to the determination of In and Cd in the industrial wastewater with satisfactory results.
