螺旋CT对强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变的诊断价值

摘要 目的:探讨SCT对强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变的诊断价值。材料与方法:25例强直性脊柱炎经临床和X线平片证实,其骶髂关节均作SCT检查,对骶髂关节病变的主要表现作回顾性分析。结果:强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变SCT主要表现如下:骶髂关节间狭窄21例,关节面硬化21例,关节软骨下囊变16例,关节真空征16例,关节软骨钙化6例,骶髂关节强直3例,骶髂韧带钙化7例。结论:SCT能清晰显示骶髂关节病变,是检查强直性脊柱炎的重要方法。 Purpose: To explore the value of SCT in diagnosing lesionsof sacroiliac joint of AS.. Materials and Methods: 25eases of AS proved by clinic and X- ray plain films were accepted SCT scan of sacroiliac joint, the prominent features of SCT were analysed retrospectively. Results: SCT findings of sacroiliac joint of AS were as fallows: space narrowing of sacroiliac joint (n = 21), sclerosis of articular surface 9n = 21), subchondral cystic change of joint (n = 16), vaccum phenomenon of joint (n = 16), cartilaginous calcification (n = 6), sacro-iliac joint ankylosis (n = 3), calcification of sacroiliac ligament (n = 17). Conclusion: SCT can display distinctly the lesions of sacroiliac joint and is a meaningful way to check the patient with AS.
