摘要
在近中性介质中,镉在碘化钾-四甲基乙二胺-Fe^(3+)底液中于—0.73V(vs SCE)处可产生灵敏的吸附波,可用于测定0.05—12μg/10ml的镉,检测下限为0.03μg/10ml。应用于食品中微量镉的测定,结果良好。对该极谱波性质作了初步探讨,实验证明是络合物吸附波。
A sensitive polarographic adsorption wave of the complex cadmiuml^--tetramethyl ethylenediamine-Fe was obtained with single sweep polarography. The optimum range of pH is 6.0 to 7.0 with E of -0.73V (vs SCE).It can be used to detemmine trace amounts of Cd with a detection limit of 0.003μg/ml. The linear relationship between the peak height and concentration of Cd is over a range of 0.005—1.2μg/ml. The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate, and has been used to determine trace Cd in food with satisfactory results.
