摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定姜黄片中姜黄素含量的方法。方法:采用HYPERSIL OSD-2 C_(18)色谱柱,乙腈-4%冰醋酸(48∶52)为流动相;流速1.0ml·min^(-1);检测波长430 nm。结果:姜黄素在2~20μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.3%,RSD=2.0%(n=5)。结论:方法探作简便,专属性强。结果准确,可用于姜黄片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of curcumine in curcuma tablets. Method: The Hypersil ODS2 C18 column ( 150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used, the acetonitrile-4% glacial attic acid solution (48:52 ) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 430 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml. min-1. Result: The linear range of curcumine was 2 -20 μg· ml-1 (r = 0. 999 9), the average recovery was 101.3 % and RSD = 2.0% (n = 5 ). Conclusion: The method is simple and sensitive, it Can be used for quality control of cureuma tablets.
