摘要
为测定３种诺氟沙星盐之间毒性及抗菌活性的差异，采用寇氏法研究诺氟沙星盐酸盐、诺氟沙星烟酸盐和诺氟沙星乳酸盐对小白鼠经口和腹腔注射染毒的急性毒性，同时应用药敏试验测定上述３种盐对鸡源沙门氏菌Ｃ７９－１３株对禽源大肠杆菌Ｏ２株的抗菌活性。结果表明：①诺氟沙星盐酸盐、诺氟沙星烟酸盐和诺氟沙星乳酸盐对小白鼠经口染毒的ＬＤ５０分别为５５２９．７ｍｇ／ｋｇ、５８４７．９ｍｇ／ｋｇ和９１２０．１ｍｇ／ｋｇ，经腹腔注射染毒时ＬＤ５０分别为４５０．７ｍｇ／ｋｇ、５６８．９ｍｇ／ｋｇ和５７４．１ｍｇ／ｋｇ。②诺氟沙星盐酸盐、诺氟沙星烟酸盐及诺氟沙星乳酸盐对鸡源沙门氏菌的抑菌圈分别为３０．７±１．４ｍｍ，３１．４±１．２ｍｍ和３０．５±１．１ｍｍ，对禽源大肠杆菌的抑菌圈分别为３１．５±１．５ｍｍ，３２．０±１．３ｍｍ和３１．２±１．７ｍｍ。表明３种诺氟沙星盐均属低毒类化合物，对沙门氏菌Ｃ７９－１３和大肠杆菌Ｏ２致病菌均具有良好抗菌活性，３种盐之间差异不显著。
The difference among three norfloxacin salts in acute toxicity in mice and drug sensitivity test was studied. The results showed that ①the acute LD50 of norfloxacin hydrochloride, norfloxacin nicrotinic and norfloxation lactate was 5529.7mg/kg, 5847.9mg/kg and 9120.1mg/kg by oral administration, 450.7mg/kg, 568.9mg/kg and 574.1mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection, determined by karber method. ②the inhibition zones by norfloxacin hydrochloride, norfloxacin nicotinic and norfloxacin lactate were 30.7±1.4mm, 31.4±1.2mm and 30.5±1.1mm to Salmonella C79-13, were 31.5±1.5mm, 32.0±1.3mm and 31.2±1.7mm to E. coli O2 respectively. It is concluded that the three norfloxacin salts are all compounds of low toxicity, all have high antibacterial effect on Salmonella C79-13 and E. coli O2, with no significent difference.
