摘要
目的对20例临床下颌牙列缺损患者可摘局部义齿支架进行三维计算机辅助设计。方法光栅投影测量法获取20例下颌牙列缺损患者石膏模型的三维数据,按照临床设计原则,利用3DMax、Geomagic和RapidForm等软件分别构建卡环、支托、舌杆、舌板和加强网等可摘局部义齿支架各部件的三维数字化模型,组合完成可摘局部义齿支架的计算机辅助设计,并构建了支架及其部件数据库。结果成功构建了20例临床患者下颌可摘局部义齿的个性化计算机三维支架模型。结论通用三维设计软件可以实现个性化支架的计算机辅助设计。
Objective To introduce a method on computer aided design(CAD) of mandibular removable partial denture(RPD) framework for 20 clinical cases and find a method for this project.Methods Point cloud data of dental stone casts were captured by an optical scanning system with projective principle of clinical design,using 3D Max,Geomagic and grating and high-resolution digital camera.In terms of the Rapid Form software,we built clasp,rest,lingual bar,lingual plate and mesh construction,et al.3-D surface model of the RPD framework was created and 3-D model library of component parts of RPD was set up.Results 3-D model of the RPD framework for 20 clinical cases was fabricated successfully.A 3-D computer aided expert system for designing framework of RPD was explored.Conclusion CAD for RPD framework design based on popular 3-D software is feasible.
