摘要
中国1923~1995年育成的651个大豆品种中,来源于苏沪地区的有30个大豆祖先亲本,共衍生出134个育成品种,分别占全国总数的8.6%和20.6%;其细胞核遗传贡献值累计为76.38,占全国总数的11.81%;衍生出22个细胞质家族共95个品种,占全国总数的14.59%。细胞核及细胞质遗传贡献最大的苏沪地区种质分别有10份和6份,其中滨海大白花、铜山天鹅蛋、奉贤穗稻黄、51-83为细胞核及细胞质贡献均大的苏沪地区优异种质。
Among 651 soybean cultivars released during 1923-1995 in China, 134 ones had their consanguinity of 30 land races from Jiangsu and Shanghai. The total value of their nuclear genetic contribution was 76.38, accounted for about 11.81% of the overall nuclear genetic contribution. Total 22 cytoplasm families derived from the germplasm from Jiangsu and Shanghai were composed of 95 released cultivars, accounted for about 14.59% of the overall cytoplasmic genetic contribution. Ten land races with the highest nuclear genetic contribution and six ones with the highest cytoplasmic genetic contribution were nominated, respectively.
