摘要
用阴极射线示波器荧光屏上荧光点的位移代替检流计指针的偏转来指示滴定终点的双安培滴定方法称为示波双安培滴定法。与检流计相比较,示波器灵敏度高,终点更加明确。示波双安培滴定的装置如图1所示,将外加电压(150—600mV)直接加于两个铂电极上并将示波器输入端直接串联于线路中即可。使用SR—071A型长余辉示波器的直流档直接输入时,灵敏度为5mV/cm,输入阻抗为1兆欧,其电流检测灵敏度为I_s=V_s/R=(5×10^(-3))/10~6=5×lO^(-9)A/cm,比常用检流计灵敏。
The method in which the end point of biamperometric titration is indicated by the shift of a fluorescent spot on the screen of a cathode-ray oscillograph is called oscillobiamperometric titration. The experimental results obtained in redox titration show that in comparison with the galvanometer,an oscillograph is more tough in use and more sensitive in end point detection.
