摘要
目的:研究反复不明原因自然流产孕妇外周血中CD4+CD25+T细胞的比例变化,探讨CD4+CD25+T细胞在妊娠免疫中的作用。方法:应用流式细胞技术检测孕妇外周血CD4+CD25+T细胞的比例变化。结果:反复不明原因自然流产孕妇外周血中CD4+CD25+T细胞比例为(1.53±0.95)%,低于同孕期正常妊娠组的(6.56±0.44)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CD4+CD25+T细胞在反复不明原因自然流产的发生发展中发挥一定作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of the percentage of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ T cells at unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion in peripheral blood of pregnant women and to explore the role of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ T cells in abnormal pregnancy. Methods The changes of percentage of CD4^＋ CD25^＋T cells were measured with flow cytometry in the peripheral blood of pregnant women with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. Results The percentage of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ T cells of peripheral blood in unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion （1.53±0.95）% was lower than that of normal pregnant women（6. 56±0, 44）%（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion CD4^＋ CD25^＋ T cells may play important roles in the unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.
