摘要
采用新型高效催化剂即磷钼酸盐改性Al2O3,催化精馏合成丙二醇单丁醚,确定了最佳的工艺参数,即反应温度为80℃;配料比正丁醇∶环氧丙烷=2.5∶1(物质的量比);液体空速7 mL/(gcat.h);塔顶回流比L/FPO=1.2。在上述条件下,环氧丙烷的转化率达到了97.1%;丙二醇单丁醚的选择性达到了92.0%。本文所采用的催化精馏工艺及新型高效催化剂比传统的间歇釜式生产方法及催化剂具有催化活性高、反应条件温和以及高的选择性等优点。
Propylene glycol mono - butyl ether was prepared with new and high effective catalyst Al2O3 modified by molybdenum and phosphate through catalytic distillation. The optimal reaction conditions were finalized : reaction temperature 80 ℃, n - butyol : propylene oxide (PO) = 2.5: 1 ( molar ratio) ; liquid empty velocity 7 ml/gcat·h ; colamn top reflux ratio L/FPO = 1.2. Under these conditions, the conversion of PO was about 97.1% and the selectivity of propylene glycol mono - butyl ether was 92.0 %. The process using catalytic distillation and new and high effective catalyst showed higher reaction activity, milder reaction conditions and higher selectivity than the traditional batch kettle ways.
