摘要
通过直接镜检、超微结构观察、血液学检查、血糖指标测定和生物学试验等方法的研究,总结出一套行之有效的能检出大附红细胞体隐性感染或显性感染患畜的综合诊断方法。其中附红细胞体碘制动试验、活力测定以及首次发现附红细胞体患畜低血糖与病原感染率和临床症状相关性等诊断方法的确立,为诊断和治疗附红细胞体病提供了理论和实践的依据。
A method of synthetical diagnosis of dominante or latent eperythrozoonosis by direct microscopy, ultrastructural observation, hematology and blood 'glucose determination, and biological experiment has been set up. Establishment of those diagnostic methods in dynamic determination, Iodine immatile experiment and first discovery of interrelation of hypoglycemia and eperythrozoon infection rate and clinical symptom provide a theoretical and practical basis for diagnosis and treatment of eperythrozoonosis.
