摘要
目的:探讨十二指肠乳头旁憩室切除在胆道手术中应用的方法和疗效.方法:回顾性分析2002-01/2008-01我院在胆道手术中联合行十二指肠乳头旁憩室切除的12例患者临床资料.结果:12例患者均施行十二指肠乳头旁憩室切除术,其中,4例联合行胆囊切除术,3例行胆管切开取石,5例为同时行胆囊切除和胆管切开取石术.1例发生胆漏,经保守治疗治愈.全组病例随访3mo至6年,效果满意.结论:十二指肠乳头旁憩室切除在胆道手术中的应用是合理、有效、安全的.
AIM： To investigate the effectiveness of parapapillary duodenal diverticulum resection in biliary tract surgical procedures. METHODS： Clinical dada of 12 patients received diverticulectomy for parapapillary duodenal diverticula from January 2002 to January 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： Of the 12 cases, 4 cases were combined with cholecystectomy, 3 cases with choledochotomy, and 5 cases with cholecystectomy and choledochotomy. Bile leak was found in 1 case, who was managed conservatively by drainage. All the patients were followed up for 3 mo to 6 years, and the results were satisfying. CONCLUSION： Resection of parapapillary duodenal diverticula is reasonable, effective and safe in biliary tract surgical procedures.
