枸杞蚜虫对三种菊酯类杀虫剂抗性研究 被引量:5

摘要 本试验选用了溴氰菊酯、灭扫利、功夫3种菊酯类农药,并以大田常用农药氧化乐果为对照,对宁夏银川、灵武、中宁、固原四地区枸杞蚜虫进行了抗性测定。其结果:1995年四地区枸杞蚜虫对3种菊酯类农药抗性最高的是中宁郭庄,1985~1995年10年间抗性提高最快的仍为中宁郭庄,10年间溴氰菊酯抗药性提高了2738.06倍、灭扫利提高了1463.2倍、功夫提高了327.3倍,而对照氧化乐果仅提高了3.09倍。本文分析了抗性发展的原因,并提出了减缓枸杞蚜虫产生抗性的对策。 Three Types of Pyrethrins (decamethrin,fenpropathrin and lambde-cyhalothrin/PP321)were selected,with omethoate,which is usually used in field as a normal pesticide,as the control,in the experiment to identify the drug fast of wolfberry aphid in Yinchuan,Linwu,Zhongning and Guyuan in Ningxia. The results are:In 1995 the highest drug fast of wolferry aphid to 3 kinds of pyrethrins was found in Guozhuang,Zhongning county among all the four areas.During 1985-1995 the fastest growth of drug fast was also in Guozhuang,Zhonning county,where the rapidity of decamethrin was 2,738.06 times that of 1985,and those of fenpropathrin and lambdecyhalothrin/PP321 were 1,463.2 times and 327.3 times those of 1985 respectively.The cause of drug fast was analysized and some countermeasures for retarding drug fast to the pest insect were put forward.
