摘要
对相关技术标准中有关转K2型转向架提速改造时下旁承上平面与下心盘上平面距离的规定之间存在矛盾的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进建议。
The contradiction in the distance between the upper plane of the lower side bearing and the upper plane of the lower center plate,specified in relevant technical standards,in the speed increase reform of Zhuan K2 bogies,is analyzed.And corresponding suggestions for improvement are put forward.
