摘要
对白肋烟调制过程中叶片膜脂过氧化及内源保护酶活性的变化进行了研究,结果表明,随着白肋烟调制过程的进展,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显下降直至消失,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量显著增加,过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在调制2d后上升到最大值,而后下降直到活性丧失,多酚氧化酶则在调制48h内上升到最大值之后下降。不同处理以高温变黄处理烟叶膜脂过氧化水平最高,低温处理最低。
The changes of membrane lipid peroxidation and the activity of endogenous protective enxymes in burley tobacco leaves during curing were studied.The results showed that with the development of curing the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in burley tobacco leaves decreased gradually, until disappeared fina lly, while the content of malondialdehyde (MDA),a product of membrane lipid peroxidation,increased significantly .The activity of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) increased to the maximum at the beginning two days of curing and then decreased until disappeared finally The activity of polyphenol oxidase increased at the beginning and reached maxinum within 48 hours after curing,then decreased.In different curing treatments,the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation in burley tobacco leaves was the highest when the yellowing temperature was higher,but it was the lowest when thge yellowing temperature was lower
