摘要
在国内外规划设计理论和范式的影响下,我国住区空间形态设计日渐丰富,住区道路系统灵活多变。实质上,形态各异的住区道路结构是由格网模式、内环模式和外环模式这三种基本道路模式通过排列、叠加、变形等变异衍生而来。这三种道路模式在交通可达性、交通效率、安全性、私密性四个方面存在不同的特性,应在理性分析的基础上,分别针对不同模式存在的不利因素进行可行性优化设计。
Residential space and road patterns in China have been influenced by theories and paradigms from other countries, resulting in more elastic residential road systems. Three basic transportation models, grid, inner-ring, and outerring, have generated various new road pattems as they have been implemented using arrays, overlays, and transformations. These three basic models vary in the degrees of accessibility, efficiency, safety, and privacy that they provide. New road networks should be designed using a combination of the advantages of different transportation models.
