摘要
合钢动力厂３２００ｍ３／ｈ空分系二手设备，投产后故障频繁，工况异常，经检查发现上塔与主冷液面不在一个水平面上，进而查出是由上塔塔板损坏脱落所致，更换塔板后达到了正常的氧气产量笔纯度。
After commissioning there were always troubles in 3200m3/h old air separator of the power plant of Hefei Iron &. Steel Plant. Operation of the air separator was not normal. After examination it showed that the upper tower liquid level and the major cooling liquid level was not in the same horizontal level due to dropping down of the plates in the upper tower. After change of the tower plates normal oxygen output and purity were ob-tained.
