摘要
领导干部制度的完善体现了一个"与时俱进"的过程,任何时代、任何国家都重视对领导的选拔与管理,但对领导的管理制度是随着时代的变化而内容各不相同的。本文从我国领导干部的选拔原则、特点、完善三个方面论述了我国领导干部选拔管理制度。
The improvement of system of leading cadres shows the process ＂keeping up with the times＂. No country has not attached great importance to the selection of leadership and management, but the leadership of the management system is changing with the times. The paper expounds the China＇s leadership cadre selection and management from three aspects of the principles, characteristics and improvement of leadership cadre selection.
