摘要
基于对飞机模型在不同姿态下进行的空气动力学测试,文中设计了用于低速风洞的变角度系统。该系统采用上、下转盘机构由同一电机的驱动方式,传动装置采用圆柱齿轮减速器、圆锥齿轮减速器和蜗杆减速器,保证了上下转盘的同轴度及运动的平稳性。使用Pro/E对变角度系统进行了三维建模,完成了各零、部件的总体装配。
Based on the aerodynamic test of plane models under different positions, the variable angle system used in low-speed wind tunnels is designed in this paper. In this system, the double wheels of the turntable are driven by the same motor. The cylindrical gear reducer, the cone deceleration device and the worm reducer are used in the transmission of the turntable, which ensures the coaxiality of the double wheels as well as the stability of lhe motion. The variable angle system is simulated by the Pro/E software; therefore the assembly of all parts is accomplished.
