摘要
讨论了二级发动机系统对火箭振动特性的影响。研究表明,涡轮泵不对称以及发动机与机架之间连接刚度弱是引起推力偏心和基频固有频率偏低的主要原因。研究还表明,采用四短拉杆作为发动机系统改型设计是成功的。本文重点介绍与发动机改型设计有关的动力学问题,并给出发动机系统建模与参加火箭动特性分析的处理方法。
Effect of propulsion system of second stage on overall rocket vibration characteristics is discussed in this paper. It is shown that the offset of propulsion force and the lower natural fundamental frequency are caused by asymmetry of turbopump and weakness of connection stiffness between propulsion and frame. A series of investigations show that using four pull rod as a scheme of redesign of propulsion is feasible. The dynamics related with the redesign of propulsion is mainly introduced in this paper. Finally, the mathematical modelling of propulsion system and the processing methods of overall rocket vibration characteristics calculation are given.
