摘要
在电子对抗系统中,由于相对带宽宽、连续波、功率紧张等特点,采用低损耗的保护设计是解决由于反射功率过大造成行波管等功放器件损坏的最佳方案。本文提出一种基于双向定向耦合器的驻波保护电路。与已往的驻波保护电路相比,该电路具有电路简单、可靠性高、稳定性高、体积小等优点,更适应现在高可靠性、高稳定性、小型化的系统。
The low-loss protection method is an optimal design to high-power microwave component resulted from over-high standing wave for the broad bandwidth, continuous wave, lack of power in the EW system. A new circuit based on dual directional coupler is put forward, which is simpler, more reliable, more stable, and more miniature, for the modem system.
