Tei指数联合B型脑钠肽对冠心病左心室舒张功能不全的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨Tei指数联合B型脑钠肽(BNP)对冠心病患者左心室舒张功能不全的诊断价值。方法选取经心导管确诊为单纯左心室舒张功能不全的冠心病患者50例,心脏彩超测定并计算Tei指数,抽静脉血测定BNP水平,分析二者单独或者联合诊断左心室舒张功能不全的敏感性和特异性。结果Tei指数、BNP及二者联合对左心室舒张功能不全诊断的敏感性分别是86%、88%和100%;特异性分别是78%、80%和96%。结论Tei指数、BNP联合诊断左心室舒张功能不全的敏感性和特异性均高于单项检测。
