摘要
目的探讨急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患儿血清IL-6、IL-8的变化及意义。方法采用酶联免疫法检测45例急性ITP患儿血清IL-6和IL-8水平。结果ITP患儿急性出血期IL-6、IL-8水平明显高于正常参考值。结论IL-6、IL-8在儿童ITP的发病中可能起重要作用。
Objective To determine the serum level of interleukin-6 （IL-6）, interleukin-8 （IL-8）, and research their significance in children patients with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）. Methods The serum of IL-6, IL-8 in 45 acute ITP patients were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Resuits The level of serum IL-6, IL-8 in actue ITP patients were higher than that of the control group. There were significant difference beween ITP group and control group. （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Interleukin-6, interleukin-8 maybe take part in the pathogenesis of ITP.
