摘要
目的观察提上睑肌缩短术治疗先天性重度上睑下垂的疗效。方法对54例69眼确诊为重度先天性上睑下垂的患者行提上睑肌缩短术。结果手术治疗69眼中,满意62眼,矫正不足7眼,未发生其它并发症。结论提上睑肌缩短术是治疗先天性重度上睑下垂较为理想的手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of operation with levater palpebra on 54 cases with congenital severeptesis. Methods 69 eyes of 54 patients with congenital severe ptesis were operated with levater palpebm. Result 62 eyes received satisfactory effectiveness, 7 eyes were less remedied, no other compliance. Conclusion Leveater palpebm is the effective method for congenital severe ptosis.
