摘要
目的评估达英-35联合二甲双胍对克罗米芬(CC)不敏感型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者的治疗作用。方法64例CC不敏感型PCOS患者随机分成二甲双胍组、达英-35组和联合用药组,治疗后CC促排卵;比较各项观察指标的变化。结果联合用药组相对于二甲双胍组和达英-35组,体质指数(BMI)、雄激素(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、LH/FSH、空腹胰岛素(Ins)、平均卵泡数下降(P<0.05),排卵率和妊娠率明显增高(P<0.05)。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍能有效纠正高雄激素血症,同时改善胰岛素抵抗,增加克罗米芬治疗后排卵率和妊娠率。
Objective To evaluate the effects of cyproterone acetate associated with mefformin in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） unsensitive to CC. Methods 64 patients were divided to 3 groups in random： metformin group,cyproterone acetate group, metformin associated with cyproterone acetate group. We induced ovulation with CC to observe the changes of different index after therapy. Results In metformin associated with cyproterone acetate group, BMI, androgen, LH, LH/FSH, Ins, the average number of follicle decreased remarkably （P〈0.05）, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate was higher than metformin group and cyproteone acetate group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Cyproterone acetate associated with metformin could redress hypeandrogenism effectively, ameliorate insulin resistance, improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate after treatment with CC.
