摘要 随着"后基因组时代"的到来,基因芯片技术成为研究功能基因组学最重要的手段之一。文章简述了基因芯片技术的基本原理及其在生命科学领域的应用,并主要从基因表达水平检测与基因功能鉴别,新一代分子标记-单核甘酸多态性(SNPs),miRNA表达调控三个方面,阐述其在水稻研究中的应用进展。 Along with the post genome era, DNA microarray is to be one of the most effective technologies of researching the functional genomics. We here have a simple summarization of DNA microarray about its basic theory and applications widely in life sciences, and more important is its great advance in rice research. We describe the progress from three points mainly, including analyzing gene expression and relevant gene's function, the new molecular marker-single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), and the microRNA (miRNA) expression.
