摘要
建立了定量测定各种物质中微量元素的同位素稀释火花源质谱法,并将此法广泛应用於标定国内许多单位研制的一些地质、生物和环境标准参考物质中微量元素的含量。该法具有绝对测量性质、灵敏、干扰小和能同时测定多元素等优点。测定结果准确可靠。
An isotope dilution spark source mass spectrometric method has been developed for the certification of the trace elements in home geological, biological and environmental standard reference materials. The ID-SSMS has the advantages: no need for calibration standards, relative freedom from interference effects and simultaneous determination of multielemcnts.
