摘要
设计了一个基于远程教学领域的常见问题(FAQ)问答系统.该系统改进了传统的基于关键词的问句匹配技术,分析用户问句语义,并以此为基础,自动从FAQ库返回高相关度问题—答案对集合,通过基于知网的句子相似度计算,返回答案.该系统在远程教学领域具有广泛适用性.
A distance education domain FAQ system is presented. The system improves the keys matching algorithm in common use, analyses the semantic of the user＇ s question, then auto extracts high relative question-answer pairs from FAQ library, later, through the hownet-based sentence similarity computation, return the answer to user. This system can be widely applied in distance education.
