摘要
采用悬臂式全光照自动喷雾扦插育苗设备,进行了连翘嫩枝扦插育苗技术研究。结果表明,生根率达95.2%,移栽成活率达93%。因此,连翘通过嫩枝扦插进行无性繁殖,是实现规模化快繁的一种有效途径。
Vegetative propagation technique of Forsythia Suspensa by softwood cutting was studied by using full sunshine and autospay system, The results showed that rooting rate could be as high as 95.2%, Rooted cutting were transplanted in this year successfully with a survival rate of 93%. In a word,it was feasible to propagate Forsythia suspensa by softwood cutting.
