给出了判别同余式ｘＰ≡ａ（ｍｏｄｐｌ）是否有解的一个充分条件。
A necessary and sufficient condition is presented in this paper to decide whether an integer a is p-th surplus to module p and, in addition, a solution is also offered for the congruence expression X P≡a(modp l)
