摘要
建立了啶嘧磺隆原药的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用C18反相柱,217nm紫外检测器。以甲醇-缓冲溶液(体积比70∶30)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,该方法处理简单、快速、准确、适用,回收率为98.91%,变异系数为0.124%。
A method was developed for analyzing flazasulfuron by HPLC using the C18 anti-phase column and UV changeable wavelength detector at 217 nm. The mobile phase was methanol-buffer solution (70:30, by vol) and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The method was simple, rapid, accurate, and practical. The recovery was 98.91%, and the coefficient of variation was 0.124%.
