摘要
采用文献资料、录像观察和数理统计等方法,对近三届CUBA联赛中均进入前8强的4支球队的技术指标进行统计分析。结果表明:各队在投篮命中率、抢断球以及传接球等基本技术上逐年提高,但与CBA等专业队比较差距较大;4支队伍基本功不扎实、技术动作规范性较差;防守时犯规较多、防守战术的灵活性和有效性较低;进攻得分和快攻得分所占比例不高、进攻的速度和节奏缺乏变化,并提出相应的训练与管理建议。
By using documentary, mathematical statistics and videos, this paper collects and analyzes the technical indexes of the four basketball teams which were among the top eight in the latest three consecutive CUBA matches. Results show that there is an increase in field goal percentage, intercepting and some basic skills as passing and catching. But when compared with CBA teams, there is still a long way for them to go. These four teams are weak in basic skills and lack normalization in techniques. Besides, there are more fouls, less flexibility and lower efficiency in their defense. Nevertheless, the ratio of scoring in attacking and fast break is quite low. Speed and rhythm of attacking remain to be improved. Some suggestions are put forward with respect to training and management in the last part of this paper.
