摘要
增强流动党员管理教育的实效性,就要从党组织在流动党员管理上存在的问题入手,进一步转变思想观念,创新组织设置,完善管理机制,使流动党员的教育管理工作逐步走向规范化、制度化的轨道,从而增强流动党员管理效果。
To enhance the effectiveness of floating party members management we should start with the problems existing in the management of floating party members. Moreover, we should further change our ideas and opinions, innovate the organization and improve the management mechanism so that the management of floating party members can be placed on a standardized and institutionalized track. By all these solutions we can enhance the effect of management of floating party members.
