摘要
测定了服役时间不同的GH36涡轮盘材料在550℃的J_R曲线和断裂韧性.分析结果显示,服役后材料的断裂韧性可能有所下降,但其变化幅度明显小于不同盘件材质差异的影响.文中分析了采用载荷-加载点位移曲线确定CT试件J积分值带来的误差并提出了近似修正方法.
The JR resistance curves and fracture toughness of serviced GH36 turbine disks with different periods of running time were experimentally determined at 550℃. The results indicate that the fracture toughness of the material can decrease after service but the variance amplitude of fracture toughness caused by the service is remarkably smaller than that induced by variance in microstructure of different disks. In this paper the error of J integral values measured by using the load-loading pin displacement curves of compact tension specimens was analysed and a modifying method was proposed.
