摘要
科研专题实习是药学教育的重要环节,是培养大学生创新能力的有效方式。通过对药学本科学生药理学科研专题实习的指导,总结了带教经验,主张加强学生独立科研能力的培养,倡导人性化管理模式,激发创新精神,提高科研兴趣,重视对实习成果的提炼总结。
Scientific research practice, an important part of pharmaceutical education, is effective to improve the creative ability of the undergraduates. In this article, experience in directing scientific research practice of the undergraduate students was summarized, which strengthened the research ability, humanized administration mode, creative spirit, research interest and the outcome of the practice.
