摘要
温度和湿度是粮食存储过程中两个重要的测量参数,对其进行精确的动态实时测量是粮库监测系统的实用技术。为此,介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术设计的粮库粮情监测系统,利用LabVIEW图形化的编程环境构建了一个功能强大的数据采集与信息处理平台,实现了对粮库中温度、湿度等信号实时的数字化采集、测试、分析与控制。该系统具有人机界面友好、运行速度快、信息存储量大、开发周期短、易于维护和扩充等特点。
Temperature and relative humidity are two important parameters in' the process of grain storing, and making accurate and real - time measuring of them is a practical technology. In this paper, the monitor and measurement system for grain depot based on virtual instrument is introduced, which is powerful data sampling and processing hardware platform by using of LabVIEW software. The system' s real time capability and precision is more high and it can sample, measure, analyse and control the temperature and humidity in grain depot, which has the advantages of friendly interface, high measurement accuracy, facility operation, strong functions and easy to extend.
