Characteristics of Natural Circulation Temperature Fluctuation Under Rolling Motion Condition

摘要 针对摇摆运动条件下自然循环的温度波动特性进行实验和理论研究。实验研究结果表明:摇摆运动造成了系统流量的波动;流量的波动又引起了管壁温度和流体温度的周期性波动;壁温波动的幅度较流体温度波动的幅度大得多;管壁蓄热对流体温度影响较大,造成流体温度波动曲线与壁温波动曲线存在较大相位差。通过建立数学物理模型,对冷却剂波动条件下的温度波动进行了动态模拟,模拟计算结果与实验结果符合良好,证明了理论模型的正确性。 The characteristics of natural circulation temperature fluctuation were studied experimentally and theoretically. Experimental results show that rolling motion may cause the coolant fluctuation which results in the periodical oscillation of wall and fluid temperatures. The amplitude of wall temperature fluctuation is larger than that of fluid temperature oscillation. Because of the wall heat capacity, there is a phase difference be- tween the fluctuation curves of fluid and wall temperatures. A mathematical model was also conducted to simulate the temperature fluctuation under coolant flow fluctuation condition. The theoretical results agree very well with experimental data.
